New Year Resolutions: 10 Reasons Not To Make Them

When you tell someone, “I’ve made a new year’s resolution to….” The response you’re most likely to get is “Ha-ha…good luck with that!”


Resolutions are made to be broken so why bother making one anyway? Never make a resolution about something you really want or you’re doomed. There’s so much pressure to make a new year resolution and everyone will tell you why you should make one, and how you should go about sticking to them, so I thought I’d show you the other side of the coin too. Here are 10 reasons why you shouldn’t make a resolution this year.
