As a single BBW woman, you might think those dips in confidence are limited to you..but guess what we’ve all been there done that. So what do you do to get you feeling good again? Here are a few tips to always remind you your worth and to keep you feeling good about yourself no matter what:

  • Don’t Let Others Talk You Down
The one thing that can bring you down is bad talk by others. There will always be someone talking bad about you, criticizing the way you look. Don’t let such cheap talk get you down. Always remember that you are fabulous!

  • Always Remember Your Best Features
Every one of us has a best feature. It could be the eyes, our lips, beautiful fingernails, the cleavage, the legs, a pretty face etc. whatever it is make sure that you always flaunt it. Whenever you're feeling down just take a look at your best feature and trust me you’ll be smiling in a second.

  • Dress to impress
There are times when you wake up feeling like crap and your first instinct is to throw on any old thing. You want to wear your baggy old jeans or skulk around in your PJs. This will definitely not lift your mood... it will only make you feel worse. To feel like a million bucks you will have to wear your best and most favorite outfit. Then spruce up your look with some make up and jewelry.

  • Alone Time
The dating scene can sometimes be tedious and we end up spending a lot of time and effort on making things work. While at it we forget that we exist. Spending some alone time and concentrating on you will greatly improve your self esteem. Spend some time once in a while on your own, doing the things that you love and forget about everyone else.

  • You Have A Life, Live It
Just because you are single doesn't mean you should be miserable. Take advantage of the situation and live your life.

  • Change is As Good As A Rest
Doing things the same way over and over, owning the same wardrobe for ages, taking the same route to work daily are some of the daily routines that over time may get boring. To cheer yourself up change it up once in a while. Get a new hairstyle, buy some new clothes, try a new route to work, rearrange your furniture, just do anything to get that ‘new lease of life’ feel.

  • The Original You Never Goes wrong
Sometimes we are all tempted to pretend to be who we are not. The truth is that most of us fail miserably. But you can never fail at being who you really are, so don't try to change that no matter what. .
  • Less Serious Is Good Too
When dating gets exhausting for you it is ok to take it easy. Things do not have to be serious with everyone you meet. Take some time and date people for the sake of it. Do not get too serious just have fun for a while. This kind of dating takes away the pressure of relationships that may at times bring you down.

  • You Are Worth The Best There Is
If you lower your value others will not value you as well. Remember that you set your worth. When looking for a partner know that you deserve the best there is, do not settle for anything less than what you want.
